Need more credits before your monthly renewal? Purchase a top-up pack. Larger packs offer a lower per-credit cost.

Top-Up Rules
Top-up credits work differently from your monthly plan credits. Keep these rules in mind.

Non-refundable
All top-up purchases are non-refundable once completed.

90-day expiration
Top-up credits expire 90 days after purchase. The system draws from the oldest top-up first to minimize expiration waste.

Stacks with plan credits
Top-up credits are added to your balance immediately and stack on top of your monthly plan allowance.
Auto-Top-Up
Auto-top-up automatically purchases a credit pack when your balance drops below a threshold you set. This keeps Raya, Adam, and Sara running without manual intervention.

Default settings
When enabled, auto-top-up triggers when your balance falls below 50 credits and purchases a Large pack (500 credits / $150).

Customizable trigger
Change the trigger threshold to any credit amount that suits your usage pattern.

Customizable pack size
Choose which top-up pack to purchase automatically. Select any pack from Small (100 credits) to Bulk (2,500 credits).
Monthly Spending Cap
Set a monthly spending cap to control how much auto-top-up can charge in a single billing cycle. Once the cap is reached, auto-top-up pauses until the next cycle. Your AI teammates continue working on any remaining credits, but no new top-ups are purchased until the cap resets.
Payment Failure Handling
If an auto-top-up payment fails (declined card, insufficient funds), the system retries once after 24 hours. If the retry also fails, auto-top-up is paused and you receive an email notification. Update your payment method in Settings > Billing to resume.
