Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to cancel your subscription, what happens to unused credits, refund eligibility, and how each AI teammate behaves when credits run out.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from Settings > Billing > Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

    Credits usable until cycle ends

    After canceling, your remaining credits stay active until the end of your current billing period. Raya, Adam, and Sara continue working normally.

    Unused credits forfeited at cycle end

    When your billing cycle ends, any remaining plan credits are forfeited. Your account reverts to the Free plan with 10 credits/month.

  3. 3

    Data retained

    Your account data, configurations, and history are retained. If you re-subscribe later, everything is right where you left it.

Refund Policy

Teammates.ai has a clear refund policy to keep things straightforward.

    Subscription fees

    Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You retain full access and credits through the end of the paid cycle.

    Top-up credits

    All top-up purchases are non-refundable. Top-up credits remain available for 90 days from purchase.

    Billing errors

    If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact support at hello@teammates.ai. We investigate and issue corrections within 5 business days.

Zero-Credit Behavior

When your credit balance reaches zero, each AI teammate responds differently depending on the channel. In-progress work always completes. No interaction is ever hard-stopped mid-conversation.

Note:In-progress work always completes. If Raya is mid-conversation, Adam is on a call, or Sara is conducting an interview when credits hit zero, they finish the current interaction before pausing.

Restoring Service

Service resumes automatically the moment credits are restored. There are three ways to restore credits: purchase a top-up pack, enable auto-top-up, or wait for your next monthly renewal. No manual reactivation is needed. Raya, Adam, and Sara pick up where they left off instantly.

Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. However, you retain full access and all remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account data, AI teammate configurations, conversation history, and reports are all retained. Your account reverts to the Free plan. Re-subscribe at any time and everything is exactly where you left it.
Will Raya drop a customer mid-chat if credits run out?
Never. In-progress conversations always complete. Raya finishes the current support interaction, then pauses. The same applies to Adam on calls and Sara during interviews.
