Setup Steps

Connect Raya to WhatsApp in four steps.

    Configure your WhatsApp Business number

    Register a phone number with the WhatsApp Business API through Meta Business Suite. You need a verified business account and a dedicated phone number that is not already linked to a personal WhatsApp account.

    Set the webhook URL

    In your Meta Business Suite webhook settings, paste the webhook URL provided in the Teammates.ai Dashboard under Raya > WhatsApp > Webhook URL.

    Provide access tokens and phone number ID

    Copy your permanent access token and phone number ID from Meta Business Suite and paste them into the Teammates.ai Dashboard. Raya uses these credentials to send outbound replies.

    Test the connection

    Send a WhatsApp message to your connected number. Verify that Raya receives and replies. Check the conversation log in the Dashboard.
