Sara pulls open jobs from your ATS automatically. Job titles, descriptions, required skills, and seniority levels sync to Teammates.ai. Sara uses this data to generate interview questions.

When a candidate reaches a configured pipeline stage in your ATS (e.g., "Screening"), Sara automatically creates an interview and sends the candidate an invitation link.

Sara conducts a full 20-30 minute voice interview with the candidate. She evaluates responses across 100+ signals including technical skills, communication, and problem-solving.

Setup Steps
Connect your ATS to Sara in 4 steps.

Go to Integrations > ATS
In the Dashboard, navigate to Organization Settings > Integrations and find your ATS provider.

Authorize the Connection
Click "Connect" and authenticate with your ATS credentials. For Greenhouse, you create a Harvest API key. For Lever and Workday, you use OAuth. Grant read/write access to jobs, candidates, and interview stages.

Configure Interview Triggers
Set which pipeline stage triggers Sara to create an interview. Most teams set this to the "Screening" or "Phone Interview" stage. You can configure different triggers per job.

Verify with a Test Candidate
Move a test candidate to the trigger stage in your ATS. Sara should create an interview and send an invitation within minutes. Complete the interview and check that the report pushes back to your ATS.
