Overview
Sara connects to your Applicant Tracking System to import candidates, sync interview feedback, and deliver scorecard reports. Once connected, candidate data flows into Sara automatically, and her evaluation results flow back to your ATS — no copy-pasting between tools.

Workable Setup
Workable is a live integration available on all plans. Connect it in minutes to give Sara access to your candidates and jobs.

Navigate to Sara in the Dashboard
Open the Dashboard and select your Sara employee from the sidebar.

Click Integrations in the Sidebar
In Sara's settings, click the Integrations tab.

Find Workable and Toggle ON
Locate the Workable card in the integrations list and toggle it ON.

Enter Your Workable API Key
Paste your Workable API Key. You can find it in Workable under Settings > Integrations > API Key.

Connection Established
Sara can now access candidates and jobs from your Workable account.

Test the Integration
Test by inviting a candidate from your Workable pipeline to a Sara interview. Confirm the candidate data appears in the Dashboard.
Greenhouse Setup (Enterprise)
Greenhouse connects through the Harvest API. Sara accesses candidates, applications, and candidate lists from Greenhouse, then sends interview feedback and scorecards back bi-directionally. The setup requires an API Key generated from your Greenhouse Harvest API settings.

Greenhouse is available on the Enterprise plan. Contact support@teammates.ai to enable this integration for your organization.
Lever Setup (Enterprise)
Lever connects via an API Token. Sara accesses opportunities and candidates from your Lever account and syncs interview results back. The setup requires an API Token from your Lever account settings.

What Sara Syncs
Once connected to your ATS, Sara exchanges the following data bi-directionally. Inbound data feeds Sara's interview context, and outbound data delivers her evaluation results back to your hiring pipeline.
