Calendar & Scheduling Integrations
Connect Calendly, Google Calendar, or Outlook Calendar so Adam can share scheduling links and confirm meetings, and Sara can schedule interviews directly.
Overview
Calendar integrations let Adam share scheduling links with prospects and read back confirmed meetings. Sara uses calendar connections for interview scheduling. Each integration connects through the Dashboard and works alongside your existing calendar workflow.

Calendly Setup
Calendly is a live integration for Adam. Once connected, Adam shares your Calendly scheduling link during outreach conversations. The prospect books a time directly on Calendly. Adam then reads the scheduled event back and confirms the meeting. Adam does not create bookings directly — prospects self-book through your Calendly link.

Navigate to Adam in the Dashboard
Open the Dashboard and select your Adam employee.

Click Integrations in the Sidebar
In Adam's settings, find the Integrations section in the left sidebar.

Find the Calendly Card and Toggle ON
Locate the Calendly integration card and toggle it on to begin setup.

Enter Your Personal Access Token
In Calendly, go to Integrations & Apps, then API & Webhooks. Generate or copy your Personal Access Token and paste it into the Teammates.ai Dashboard.

Connection Established
Adam can now share your Calendly link with prospects during conversations. Booked meetings appear in your Calendly dashboard and Adam reads them back for follow-up.

Google Calendar (Enterprise Plan)
Google Calendar integration is available on the Enterprise plan. When enabled, it connects via Google OAuth and provides calendar access to Adam and Sara. Adam checks your availability before sharing scheduling links with prospects, ensuring he never double-books your calendar. Sara creates interview events directly on your Google Calendar, complete with candidate details and meeting links.
Important
Google Calendar is available on the Enterprise plan. Contact support@teammates.ai to enable.
Outlook Calendar (Coming Soon)
Outlook Calendar integration connects via Microsoft OAuth (Microsoft 365) and provides the same capabilities as Google Calendar. Adam will be able to check your Outlook availability before scheduling, and Sara will create interview events directly on your Outlook Calendar.
