Create your Teammates.ai account, set up your organization, and configure your workspace.

Creating Your Account

Sign up at app.teammates.ai to create your account. You can register with your work email address or sign in with Google. The free plan gives you 10 credits immediately, no credit card required.

    Go to app.teammates.ai

    Open the signup page in your browser.

    Choose your signup method

    Enter your work email and create a password, or click "Sign in with Google" for one-click access.

    Verify your email

    Check your inbox for a verification link and click it to activate your account.

Note

Teammates.ai is built for business teams. Personal email addresses (gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com) are not accepted at signup. Use your company email to get started.

Setting Up Your Organization

After signing up, you will create your organization. This is the central workspace where all your AI teammates, team members, integrations, and billing are managed.

    Enter your organization name

    Use your company name. This appears in reports, emails sent by your AI teammates, and the dashboard.

    Set your company domain

    Enter your company website domain (e.g., yourcompany.com). This helps verify team member invitations.

    Select your timezone

    Choose your primary timezone. Your AI teammates use this for scheduling, business hours, and reporting.

Configuring Your Workspace

Your workspace is ready as soon as you create your organization. From the dashboard, you can deploy AI teammates, invite team members, connect integrations, and track usage. The left sidebar gives you access to all sections: Teammates, Conversations, Analytics, Integrations, and Settings.

    Upload your company logo

    Go to Settings > Organization to upload your logo. It appears on chat widgets, email signatures, and candidate-facing interview pages.

    Set business hours

    Configure when your human team is available. Your AI teammates work 24/7, but escalation routing respects business hours.

    Configure notification preferences

    Choose how you want to receive alerts: email, Slack, or in-app notifications for escalations, new leads, and completed interviews.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my organization name later?
Yes. Go to Settings > Organization at any time to update your organization name, logo, domain, and timezone.
Why is my personal email address not accepted?
Teammates.ai is built for business teams. We require a work email (e.g., name@yourcompany.com) to ensure organizations are verified. Personal emails (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) are not accepted.
Can I belong to multiple organizations?
Yes. You can create or join multiple organizations with the same account. Switch between them from the organization selector in the top-left corner of the dashboard.
