What Is the Playground?
The Playground is a demo environment where you can test Adam's conversational abilities. It simulates a real chat or voice interaction so you can evaluate how Adam handles prospects, qualifies leads, and books meetings — without affecting live campaigns or consuming credits. The Playground is currently available for Adam only.
How to Access the Playground
Follow these steps to open the Playground and start testing Adam.

Navigate to Adam in the Dashboard
Open the Teammates section and select Adam.

Click the "Playground" button
The Playground button is in the top right area of the interface.

Widget configuration loads automatically
If the widget is not yet configured, you'll need to set it up first under Adam's settings.

Interact with Adam
Type or speak to Adam. He responds as he would with a real prospect.
What You Can Test
What the Playground does:
- Simulates chat and voice conversations with Adam
- Tests Adam's responses to different prospect scenarios
- Validates conversation flows before launching campaigns
What the Playground does NOT do:
- Does not test real integrations (CRM sync, Freshdesk tickets, etc.)
- Does not consume credits
- Does not contact real prospects
Note
The Playground simulates conversations only. To test integrations (like Freshdesk ticket sync or HubSpot CRM), create a test interaction through the live channel instead.
