Calendar & Meeting Booking
Connect Google Calendar or Outlook, configure meeting defaults, and let Adam book meetings autonomously during calls. He checks availability, offers time slots, and sends calendar invites.
Supported Calendar Integrations
Adam connects to Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Once connected, he reads your availability in real time and creates calendar events with all meeting details included.
| Calendar | Integration Type | What Adam Can Do |
|---|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Native (OAuth) | Read availability, create events, update events, add conferencing links |
| Microsoft Outlook | Native (OAuth) | Read availability, create events, update events, add Teams links |
Calendar Setup Steps
Connect your calendar in four steps. Adam needs read and write access to check availability and create events.
- 1
Open calendar settings
Go to your Sales employee settings and select the Calendar tab.
- 2
Connect your calendar provider
Click Connect and sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. Grant read and write access when prompted.
- 3
Configure meeting defaults
Set default meeting duration, buffer time between meetings, timezone handling, and working hours. See the configuration table below.
- 4
Add calendar steps to your call scripts
In your call scripts, include booking steps so Adam knows when to offer meeting times during the conversation.
Meeting Configuration
Control how Adam schedules meetings with these settings. All defaults apply unless the caller requests something different during the call.
| Setting | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Default Meeting Duration | How long booked meetings last | 30 minutes (options: 15, 30, 45, 60+ minutes) |
| Buffer Time | Gap between consecutive meetings | 0 minutes (options: 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes) |
| Timezone Handling | How Adam interprets time references from callers | Organization timezone (configurable) |
| Working Hours | Hours during which meetings can be booked | 9 AM - 5 PM (custom per day) |
| Calendars | Which calendars Adam can write events to | Primary calendar (any connected calendar available) |
How Adam Books Meetings
During a call, Adam follows a three-step booking process. The entire flow happens live on the call.
- 1
Check availability
Adam queries your connected calendar in real time to find open slots within your working hours and buffer time constraints.
- 2
Offer time slots
Adam proposes 2-3 available time slots to the caller and lets them pick the best option. He handles timezone differences automatically.
- 3
Confirm and send invite
Once the caller picks a time, Adam creates the calendar event, adds a conferencing link if configured, and confirms the booking on the call. The lead also receives a calendar invite by email.
