Dashboard Overview

The Adam Analytics dashboard gives you a real-time view of all call activity. Access it from Sales > Analytics. The dashboard updates automatically as calls complete and provides both summary cards and detailed breakdowns.

Filtering and Export

Filter analytics by date range, campaign, call type (inbound vs outbound), and outcome. Export your data as CSV for further analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools. The export includes all call-level details: timestamp, lead name, duration, outcome, qualification status, and meeting booking status.

Yes. The dashboard includes a "Best Times" view that shows pickup rates broken down by hour of day. Use this to optimize your campaign call windows.

Use the campaign filter to select multiple campaigns and view their metrics side by side. The script comparison view shows pickup rate, qualification rate, and meetings booked per campaign.
What export formats are available?
