The Conversations View
The Conversations view shows all customer interactions handled by your AI teammates. Each conversation includes the full transcript, channel (chat, email, WhatsApp, social), timestamp, status, and any actions taken. Use it to review how your AI teammates handle conversations and identify areas for improvement.
Filtering & Search
Filter conversations by channel, date range, status (active, resolved, escalated), assigned teammate, and tags. Use the search bar to find specific conversations by customer name, email, or message content.
Taking Over a Conversation
If you need to intervene in a conversation, you can take over from the AI teammate at any point. Click into the conversation and start typing. Your AI teammate will stop responding and hand full control to you. You can return control to the AI teammate when you are done.
