Analytics Overview
Each AI teammate has its own analytics dashboard accessible from the sidebar. The dashboard shows key metrics, trends, and actionable insights. Use analytics to understand how your AI teammates are performing, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of changes to your knowledge base or escalation policies.
Raya Metrics
Raya's analytics include total conversations, resolution rate, average response time, escalation count and rate by topic, customer satisfaction scores, and channel breakdown. The Insights tab highlights recurring issues, knowledge gaps, and topics with high escalation rates.
Adam Metrics
Adam's analytics cover total calls, average call duration, meetings booked, leads qualified, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Track how many calls result in meetings and how those meetings convert to opportunities.
Sara Metrics
Sara's analytics show total interviews conducted, average interview duration, candidate scores distribution, completion rates, and cohort comparisons. Use these to refine scoring rubrics and interview formats.
