Account & Organization Settings

Update your name, email, password, and notification preferences from your profile settings. Your profile is separate from your organization settings.

Invite team members to your organization from Organization Settings. Each team member gets access based on their assigned role. You can add, remove, or change team member roles at any time.

Organization Settings include your company name, timezone, default language, billing information, and integration connections. These settings apply to your entire organization and all AI teammates.

Each AI teammate (Raya, Adam, Sara) has its own Settings page with configuration for its specific channels and behavior. Navigate to the teammate's module and click "Settings" in the sidebar. Settings are organized by channel (Chat, Email, Phone) with tabs for general configuration, autonomy policy, and escalation policy.
