Individual Interview Report
After a candidate completes an interview, Sara generates a full report within minutes. Each report contains four main sections: per-question analysis, skill assessment, overall evaluation, and the full transcript.
Report Sections
Here is what each section of the report includes.

| Skill Assessment | Each skill from the job requirements with an evaluation summary, rating, and numeric score |
| Overall Evaluation | 2-3 paragraph summary, top 3-5 strengths, top 3-5 weaknesses, overall numeric score (0-100), and hiring recommendation (Recommend / Do Not Recommend) |
| Full Transcript | Word-for-word record of the entire interview, timestamped, including all follow-up exchanges |
Cohort Comparison View
When 2 or more candidates complete interviews for the same job, Sara unlocks the cohort comparison view. This view lets you compare candidates side-by-side on every dimension.

Note
Cohort comparison requires at least 2 completed interviews for the same job. With only 1 candidate, Sara provides absolute scoring against benchmarks instead of comparative data.

Export individual reports or cohort comparisons from the Dashboard. Two formats are available.
