Raya connects to your e-commerce platform to access order history, customer data, and product information during support conversations. This gives her the context to answer questions like "Where's my order?" or "What's your return policy for this product?" without asking customers to repeat themselves.

Shopify Integration

Shopify is an extended integration available through Composio. Once enabled, Raya can look up order details (status, tracking, items), customer information (name, email, order history), and product details (name, price, availability) during support conversations. This is a read-only integration — Raya cannot process refunds, cancel orders, or modify inventory through Shopify. Contact support@teammates.ai to enable Shopify integration for your organization.

Important

Shopify integration is read-only. Raya can look up order information to assist customers, but refunds and order modifications must be processed in your Shopify admin.

WooCommerce Integration

WooCommerce is an extended integration, similar to Shopify. Connection requires your WooCommerce Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, and Store URL. Once enabled, Raya accesses order data and customer information during support conversations. This is a read-only integration. Contact support@teammates.ai to enable WooCommerce for your organization.

What Raya Can (and Cannot) Do

With e-commerce integrations enabled, Raya uses real-time order and product data to give customers accurate, context-aware support. Here is what that looks like in practice — and where the boundaries are.

Note

Raya cannot process refunds, cancel orders, modify inventory, or update shipping addresses through e-commerce integrations. These actions must be performed in your Shopify or WooCommerce admin panel.
